The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. Every imaginable requirement is provided, along with a well equipped laundry room

The kitchen has an island and nook for those quick snacks in the morning. The main living area has a large screen TV complete with DVD & VCR for your enjoyment

This home is perfect for those days when you need total relaxation. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for your safety. The garage is where your private games room is situated. There you will find a full size pool table, football table, air hockey and Playstation-2. This will keep the kids happy, especially the grown up kids!

Gated Community Offers:
Tiki Hut for snacks and drinks, an Exercise Facility and Sauna, a Large Gathering room with Fireplace, Sundry Shop, Cyber Cafe for access to the Internet, a Community Pool, Spa, Tot Play Yard, Tennis Courts, and a Volleyball Court. This home is located in a very serene cul-du-sac.

Rental Information
Rates / night, please add 13% tax:

Low season - (All year except the times listed below)
High Season - Memorial Day (May 31) to Labor Day - (1st Monday of Sep)
Holiday Season - (Christmas, New Years and Easter)- some owner's select Thanksgiving week as a holiday. (the 3rd Thursday in November)

$350.00 deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.

The final amount has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival

Damage deposit is required at check-in of $300.

Check in 4 p.m. Check out 11 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
