Covering 2,000 sq. ft. this 2 bedroom 2.1/2 bath villa with pool is on the island of Nevis in the Caribbean There are spectacular views of the ocean from the outdoor pool and deck. It is only 5 minutes to the beach and a Robert Trent Jones 18 hole golf course at the Four Seasons resort.
Sleeps up to 6 adults - Very spacious accommodation with 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in one of the 2 spacious lounge/dining rooms.
Bathroom - There are 2 full bathrooms with shower and a shower room with toilet & wash basin,
Kitchen - A well equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.

Island of Nevis, near St Kitts, The Caribbean
This 36 sq. mile island lies near the top of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean, about 200 miles south of Puerto Rico and just west of Antigua and south of St. Barts. This island jewel is approximately 6 miles long and 6 miles wide with lush natural vegetation.Green and serene, Nevis is truly one of the remaining, unspoiled places in the Caribbean. We call it the "Stanley" of the Caribbean.
From the top of the 3,232 foot Nevis Peak to the clear blue waters caressing the shore, there is a world of flora and fauna to be explored. In the hills, the comical green vervet monkeys chatter and scamper and in the ocean, abundant sea life prevails.
The climate on Nevis is incredible, even by Caribbean standards with very little humidity, cool sea breezes and sunshine almost every day. There is rain, but it's so soft and short lived that it is a treat instead of a force to be reckoned with. Not only is the water fine, about 80 degrees F but so is everything else with the weather. The days average about 85 degrees F but are tempered by the steady northeasterly breezes and the nights are an insomniac's dream, with temperatures hovering around 70 degrees F.
