Description of Accommodation
Les Villas du Port d’Albret Lac is a pedestrianised Holiday Club only 500m to the lake, with pool, tennis, bar, café, minigolf, adults and childrens day and evening activities. 4person apartment
Every house has a fitted kitchenette with a cooker hob, micro wave and dishwasher and new fridge with freezer. Every house has an outside terrace with garden furniture.
There are three types for rental: villa for 4 (ref 772), apartment for 4 (ref 773) as below, villa for 6 (ref 774).
The prices shown here are for the apartment for 2-4 people,it is approx. 28m˛ which has sleeping for 2 in the lounge and an upstairs bedroom for 2. The kitchenette has 2 cooker rings and a fridge. There is a shower room and toilet. Sheets are supplied for you.
For your convenience there is a launderette.
Arrivals are from 17.00-21.00; please contact reception if you wish to arrive later, and departures before 10.00. Tourist tax is payable at 0.67 euros per day per person over 10 years of age; 4-10 years old 0.34 euros. There is a cleaning and security deposit of 230 euros (credit card) to be paid on arrival which is returned to you after inspection of your accommodation at the end of your stay or by post with 3 days. You may reserve a final clean if you do not wish to clean your accommodation yourself, prices from 45 euros depending on size of accommodation. There is also a baby pack for hire at 30 euros per stay including a cot, a high chair and a baby bath. You may bring a small dog (27 euros) but you must clean up its mess and keep it on a lead at all times. Towels are available for hire for 5 euros for towel set. Sheets are supplied for you and you may order more for 7 euros per bed.
Outdoors and activities:
There are 3 tennis courts bookable at reception, mini-golf, a volleyball court, 3 boules areas, 2 table tennis, a TV room and a childrens play area.
The vast swimming pool is open from 8am till 10pm, from 14 May to 15 September including a childrens paddling area. All these activities are free for our clients! There is a bar and takeaway café restaurant by the pool area, open from mid June to mid September.
There is a childrens club from 9/4-7/5 and 2/7-27/8/5 open from 9 to12.30 and again from 15 to18.30, five days a week, which is run by qualified staff. These are split into different ages from (approx) a mini club from 3 to 5 years old, and a kids club from 6 to 12 years old. Depending on the ages of the children there will be manual activites, puppets, sporting activites, tournaments and rehearsals for the evening shows.
Plus there are teenager and adult activites organised from 2/7-27/8 including various sports tournaments such as volleyball, mini-basketball and water-polo, and evening shows and cabarets. The entertainments are included in the price of the holiday.
At reception you may hire bikes and table tennis and tennis rackets and balls. The free car park is on the edge of the residence making this a pedestrian residence.

Description of Area
Les Villas du Port d’Albret Lac, Aquitaine, Aquitaine, France
The 217 houses are set over 5 hectares near the pine forest and are only 500 metres to the lake or 1700m to the ocean beaches, and 1500 to the shops of the local village. The houses have little pathways between them, shaded by trees and bushes.
There are many other activites you can do : sailing, windsurfing, surfing, quads, archery, minigolf, visit the local lakes, fishing, canoeing, cycle in the pine forests, horseriding. There are many excellent golf course including the 9 hole golf course at only 500metres called Pinsolle with its practice area over the water, and the renowned golf course at Moliets only 10 km away. And you are only 60km from Spain and the Pyrenees.
There are many interesting towns to visit including Dax which is France’s main thermale centre only 35 km away, with gallo-roman remains and a cathedral and museum; and 38km to Bayonne, the capital of the Basque region; and 60 km to Biarritz and the airport.
