A new townhouse in the Albatross development on the Mar de Cristal just 5 minutes walk away from the beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 good sized bedrooms and bathroom plus separate shower room. It has patio areas both front and back which offer ample outside space.
The house shares a communal pool which is located in the middle of the Albatros development.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all that is necessary for your self catering holiday.
The house is situated in the village of Mar De Cristal which has shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away.

The Mar Menor enjoys average temperatures of 30c during the summer months. With an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and this being one of the driest regions of Spain, it makes an ideal holiday destination in both summer and winter.
There are activities to suit all ages and these include horse riding, go-karting, tennis, golfing and a vast range of nautical sports.
La Manga club is around 5 minutes by car and this offers numerous championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and many other activities so you can do as little or as much as you like on your holiday.
Within the area are a choice of national and international cuisine at very reasonable prices so you will be spoilt for choice.
The house is situated in Mar de Cristal which is an up and coming area. The village has a selection of shops and restaurants and is only a 5 minute walk from the beach.
There are various markets in the neighboring villages which sell a wide selection of fruit & vegetables, meat, fish, household goods, clothes, pictures and a good selection of rugs, curtains etc.
La Manga Club is a short drive away which also offers a whole host of activities the whole year round which include golf, tennis and spa facilities.
There is a selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance but if you travel a little further afield you can find a large selection of restaurants offering national and international dishes at very reasonable prices.
Bycicle hire is available in the village and there is a go-karting track just a short car ride away. There are also numerous boat trips and nautical sports available.
