Description of Accommodation
Brand new spacious Studio Apartment in La Cala, just 2 to 3 minutes walk from the beach and near to all amenities. In La Cala located in Costa del Sol, Spain between Malaga & Marbella, on the coast and only 2 kms from Fuengirola and 10 kms from Benalmadena.
The studio is self contained to a high standard. It is on the First floor and can be accessed by stairs or lift. It is on a quiet road 2 to 3 minutes from the beach and near to all amenities.
It has a fully fitted kitchen area and is well equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc.
The bathroom is a good size with dark wood surround and includes bath with shower, toiler, sink & bidet.
Light and spacious living area. Sleeps 3/4 in comfort on 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed (with pull out single bed underneath). There are also 2 built in wardrobes, the matching furniture includes 3 good sized cupboard units and a large open shelf unit for storage plus a chest of 3 drawers.
There is a Satellite TV to receive some English speaking channels which include new cartoons & film channels as well as receiving Spanish TV.
There are patio doors that lead on to a small south facing balcony.
Sleeps 3/4 in comfort on 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed (with pull out single bed underneath).
Bathroom - Bathroom is a good size and includes bath with shower, toilet, sink & bidet
Reception - The Living area is light & spacious and sleeps 3 in comfort on sofa beds (one of which has a single pull out bed drawer). They are quickly and easily converted. 2 Adults & 2 children could sleep on a combination of sofa beds, but more living space would be occupied. There are patio doors to a small south facing balcony.
Kitchen - Fully equipped & fitted kitchen area with a dual hob & grill microwave, fridge & washing machine, toaster, kettle.
Linen, towels & Iron & Board, Fan, heater.
Satellite TV to receive English speaking channels including new cartoons & film channels as well as Spanish TV.
Outdoors - A small south facing balcony.
Activities - Horse racing, Golf, Waterparks, Cable car, Tivoli World Theme Park, Sightseeing, Sea-life Aquarium, water skiing, para-sending, boating and all watersports.
Special Notes - Sorry no pets. The studio is under management and linen/towels are changed weekly.
The town of La Cala is a small coastal town which was originally a fishing village, its houses are in the main, white and the streets lined with palm trees. It has a long clean beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag for environmental, sanitary and safety standards. It is amongst the best in the province and is used for water skiing and parasending.
The studio is only 2 to 3 minutes walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and centre with shops and supermarket selling quality products.
La Cala has a good quality of restaurants and bars to choose from. Beach bars and children's play areas are on the promenade.
A local bus service stops close behind the studio going to both Fuengirola and Marbella on a regular basis.
A few minutes away from the studio is the Hippodomo (Horse Racing), La Cala Golf Club and in Fuengirola about 10 to 15 minutes away is a Waterpark and a Costa del Sol Cable Car. Also in Benalmadena (10 kms) is Tivoli World Theme Park, Sealife Aquarium and a Marina.
Only 30 minutes away is Torremolinos that has another Waterpark, Marbella, Puerto Banus also with lovely beaches.
The lovely Village of Mijas and of course Gibralter with Cable car and Barbary Monkeys and the mountain town of Ronda which is absolutely breathtaking and well worth a visit are all about 90 minutes away.

La Cala is a town only 2 kms from Fuengirola, 10km from Benalmadena, 22 kms. from Malaga and 28 kms. from Marbella. Near Calahonda.
The studio is 2 to 3 minutes walk from the beach and near to all amenities, bars, restaurants & centre (shops & supermarket selling quality products). A children's play areas are on the promenade.
A local bus service stops close behind the studio going to both Fuengirola and Marbella on a regular basis.
