Villa Paola is a delightful and romantic B&B in Rome located near the Via Flaminia Nuova in an extremely exclusive and green area. Immersed in its oasis of peace and tranquillity it is a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation, well connected to the city center and the best attractions.
Villa Paola Bed & Breakfast features comfortable and quiet bedrooms, tastefully furnished and all with private bathroom. A huge sunny living room with view onto the garden and a large kitchen equipped with all comforts and cooking facilities are at guests' disposal.
At the end of the day, you can rest in a serene environment in complete privacy or enjoy the company of the other guests in the living room or in the patio of the Villa. For finest Italian wines and excellent local food you can try our good 'trattoria' located just a short drive away. Our driver is happy to drive our guests to it with the use of our free shuttle service.
Warm Italian hospitality from your hostesses, a friendly Roman family, who will make you feel welcome and at home. Rich and delicious Italian breakfast served by loving staff in the large living room or on the veranda, with croissants, fresh baked cakes and jams.
Villa Paola B&B in Rome features a Kitchen equipped with fridge and cooking facilities for the use of guests. Satellite TV and video in the comfortable large sitting area. The sitting room, which doubles as breakfast room, is light and airy with large windows overlooking the garden and the fresh breeze coming from the trees makes it always pleasantly cool, even in the hottest months. Independent entrance, free private parking. No smoking in all internal area.

We have a wonderful dog, a German Sheperd called Cherry, who is very friendly with kids.
Your hostess, proud of the beauty of her city, helps to plan local and gastronomic itineraries and arranges personalized tours of the city and the Vatican area. She has many suggestions for her guests to visit the many hidden treasures of the Rome's historical centre and plans for them daily excursions to archaeological sites, since she has a great passion for Roman history. Cooking lessons of Italian and Roman cuisine, specializing on homemade pasta. Grand piano, Mountain bikes at disposal. Interesting Italian art books available in the living room. We wish to remind you that the 'Ostia Antica' ruins and beach are at easy metro reach from central Rome 'Ostiense' so guests are invited to take their swim suits with them if visiting Italy between April and October.
Breakfast: A real treat is our breakfast prepared with toasts, croissants, cereals, orange juice and fresh baked plum-cakes. All is served with distinctive charm in the luminous living room or in the garden with the splendid view and fresh air of fruit orchard, lemon and orange trees.

Villa Paola Bed & Breakfast in Rome is located in Via Parabiago, 25. Nearby the villa there is a regular bus service n. 038. However, our driver is happy to take our guests to and from the nearest Metro station Grottarossa, which is at a few minutes from the villa at no extra costs. There, the line Ferrovia Roma-Nord connects straight to the city centre near the Spanish Steps. The Metro passes very frequently and takes in only ten minutes' ride to Flaminio, to the beautiful entrance of the Borghese Park and museum, to the Metro A line. At Flaminio, affordable city bus tours are available each half hour.
The Leonardo Da Vinci Airport is 30 km away and the Termini railway Station at 8 km
