Casa Cornelius studio in Calpe is a large Studio Apartment with Private Pool set within the grounds of Casa Cornelius with its own seperate entrance (on the south west side of the house). It has its own private terrace which has two sun blinds, the north side has new glass sliding door.
The main terrace around the large private pool is also for your sole use. The pool is solar heated and providing weather permits, the swimming season can begin end of March until end of October. There is also an outside hot and cold shower.
Relax & take in the sun in the beautiful walled garden - and in real comfort! And then "cool off" in this beautiful private 10 x 5 metre heated swimming pool surrounded by Palm trees and exotic plants.
This first class accommodation especially suitable for people who want the luxury of a private villa without having to pay high prices is ideal for those wanting a relaxing holiday but also wanting to be near to shops and other activities.
This very comfortable studio, self-contained with separate kitchen and private terrace plus the sole use of the swimming pool and surrounding terrace has much to offer.
Sleeps 2 very comfortably, double bed and a 2-seater sofa-bed. There are two chest of drawers and two fitted wardrobes giving ample storage space.
There is a dining table & chairs & small coffee table.
Bathroom - with shower, toilet and wash basin
Kitchen - A well equipped separate kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas hob, small electric oven, microwave & grill oven. Use of washing machine once a week.
Linen and towels supplied, changed weekly. Welcome pack. Central heating included in price for winter months. Air-conditioning (extra optional in summer months).
Satellite TV & Music Centre and Video player.
Outdoors - Private entrance to the studio apartment with very private sun and shaded sitting areas. New addition, we have a glass sliding door on the external north side of the covered terrace thus making this into a pleasant area to sit and dine either in the cooler months or with the door open in the warmer months. There are also drop down sun blinds. A large walled garden with palm trees and other exotic plants surround the private 10x5 meter solar heated pool. There is also a hot and cold outside shower.

Casa Cornelius is situated on the east side of Calpe on the coast road to Moraira and is 3 kms. from the centre of Calpe town with all of its amenities. The property is only 300 metres to the large sandy Levante beach with its restaurants and bars.
The Studio apartment is ideally suited for those who are house-hunting.

Prices PER WEEK based on 2 persons includes gas, water & electricity and linen. Beach towels are not provided.
Discounts of up to 40% on winter lets, depending on length of stay. Please enquire exact price.
Method of Payment. 50% Deposit in sterling on Booking. Balance payable either in sterling or euros, whatever has been agreed by both parties at the time of booking.
Notes to the rental rates: Damage deposit of 150 euros (or 100 pounds sterling) to be paid on entry (returnable if no damages). The studio can be entered on day of arrival after 1 p.m. The studio must be vacated on day of departure before 10 am. These times may be adjusted prior to confirmation with the owners. Minimum stay one week, maximum stay four weeks.
