Situated in the quiet Al Zur area of Denia this is a spacious 3 bedroom luxury house sleeping 6 people. The house is built on two levels and is tastefully furnished with the easily accessible communal pool at the rear of the villa. There are lovely panoramic views from the terraces of the house. The typically Spanish fishing port of Denia and its beautiful beach is only a 5 min drive away.

Entry to the house from road level is up an exterior staircase to the front door that leads into the hall with a wall fitted mirror and chest. The hall leads into the dining room furnished with a table and 6 chairs and a corner base unit.

To the left of the dining room is the fully fitted American style kitchen equipped with electric oven & hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and utensils.

The living room is to the right of the dining room where there is a feature fireplace with a log burner. It is furnished with 2 sofas, armchair, 2 storage units, TV & cabinet, music centre and a video recorder. A set of glazed double doors leads out on to the terrace with a table and 4 chairs.

Between the living and dining rooms a small lobby with a base & wall unit leads to bedroom 1 with a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside cabinets and a wall mirror. There is an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, toilet and wall cabinet.

A staircase from the dining room leads down to the ground floor and into a pleasant sitting room with a table, 4 chairs, sofa, sideboard and 2 standard lamps. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are to the right of the sitting room with bedroom 2 having a double bed and bedroom 3 having 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, a wall mirror and double doors leading out onto the terrace.

The bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, basin and toilet is also off the sitting room as well as a large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridgefreezer, base & wall units, sink, storage unit, vacuum cleaner, iron & board and a clothes airer.

Outside the naya (covered terrace) has a table, 4 chairs, 2 sunloungers and a portable barbeque.
