Description of villa
This is a totally self-sufficient complex offering two bedroom semi-detached villas each with its own small private garden. On site is a supermarket, restaurant, bar, and launderette. The pool has a large terrace and bar and is serviced by life-guards during high season. There is a childrens’ play area and tennis courts. Other local amenities are around five minutes walk as is the beach.

Description of Area
Denia named after the Goddess Diana, is often referred to as the "Jewel of the Costa Blanca". It nestles at the foot of the castle with 20kms of seafront catering for all tastes. To the north there are sandy beaches which are perfect for sunbathing, swimming or that lazy stroll along the shore. There are also pedalos, jet skis and quad bikes available for hire. Denia holds the EC "blue flag" for clean seas, and for your safety there are lifeguard stations located along the beach. To the south you will find delightful rocky coves ideal for fishing, scuba diving or snorkelling.
Shopping in the town is a must and every Monday morning a local market is held for those searching out those extra holiday bargains.
In the evening there is a night market opposite the harbour where you can also sit, eat, drink and watch the fishermen bringing in their daily catch.
Denia is bursting with superb restaurants offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. There are also music bars, some being located on the beach, and discos open until the early hours if you feel that energetic!
For golfers there are three main courses in the immediate area these being La Sella, Oliva and Javea. You can take excursions from the harbour to neighbouring resorts, one of the longer trips being to Ibiza and Formentera.
Other local activities include tennis, horse riding, go-karting, fishing and wind surfing.
Denia is renowned for its many festivals throughout the year. If you get the opportunity to join in with the locals don’t miss the chance to do so.
Access to Denia - The airports of Alicante and Valencia are both approximately 100 Kms (62 miles) away. The National route N-332 Valencia-Alicante and the A-7 Motorway (exit 62) are just in land. There is also a rail link to Denia from Alicante and all points between.
