A tastefully furnished and decorated villa in a cul-de-sac in La Sella, a quiet urbanisation near Denia. This is a spacious 3 bedroom house sleeping 6 people. The house is built on three levels. It is also situated only minutes walk from La Sella Golf Complex.
There is a small lawned garden at the rear and the lovely communal swimming pool is only 50 metres away. There are lovely panoramic views from the terraces of the house. The typically Spanish fishing port of Denia and its beaches are only a 10 min drive away.
Entry to the house from road level is through a set of double security gates front door on the front terrace. The front door leads into the hall with the living dining room to the rear that has double glass doors that lead out onto a covered terrace. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen is to the right of the hall with a shower room on the left. Next to the shower room is a store cupboard and the staircase to the first and second floors.
Opposite the top of the stairs on the first floor is bedroom 1 with its own uncovered terrace. Bedroom 2 is to the left on the landing with bedroom 3 next to bedroom1. The family bathroom is to the right.
At the top of the stairs on the second floor there is a small landing with doors leading out onto another uncovered terrace giving wonderful sea and panoramic views.
The lovely communal pool is only 50 metres away. There is a front drive for parking and a lawned garden area at the rear of the house.

La Sella, near Pedreguer, near Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain
La Sella is a golfing area, just inland from the lovely port of Denia.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here.
At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest.
Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
