This garden apartment is on the ground floor and situated in an English owned country house. It is in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley yet only Fifteen minutes from the coast.

This is the place to relax, unwind and just listen to the silence!

The apartment is tastefully furnished with all mod cons and close to all amenities. It sleeps four and is suitable for the more discerning holiday maker.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower & bidet, a comfortable lounge with a huge sofa-bed which is very comfortable to accommodate two others. There is satellite television a CD Player and a Radio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, modern built-in electric oven & hob, kettle, fridge and good quality cooking & eating equipment.

There are several different terraces with tables, chairs and sun-loungers.

The property is heated for those Winter months and therefore the property is suitable for all year round.

This apartment is beautifully situated in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley with orange groves and lemon trees in abundance. The seaside town of Moraira and Calpe are only 15 mins. drive and both have an excellent variety of shops, restaurants and lovely sandy beaches.

Javea and Denia are also in easy reach and in Denia you may sail across to the Balearics or sail around the Javea and Denia coastline. Lots to do and see in Javea where the lovely Arenal Beach with it's easy sloping beach makes it safe for all ages. The beach area is surrounded by an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars.
