Description of Accommodation

An idealic country cottage surrounded by vineyards, olive, orange and almond groves, with its own gardens, pool etc. in the Jalon Valley.

The Cottage has 3 bedrooms - one double and two twin-bedded rooms. One of the twin-bedded rooms has its own lockable entrance and ensuite shower room with shower, WC and washbasin.

The garden is large and fully enclosed and a 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with Roman steps at one end. There are plenty of tables and chairs and a good supply of sun-loungers. The 30ft 'naya' (covered verandah) at the end of the garden provides a large sitting/eating area and shade - nearby there is a barbecue area.

Alcalali is situated in the beautiful Jalon Valley and the property is surrounded by vineyards, olive, orange and almond groves and only about 20 mins. away is Moraira which is a traditional fishing village with a lovely beach and lots of shops and restaurants. The property is also within easy reach of Denia and Javea which lie to the north and Calpe, Altea and Benidorm that lie to the south.

There are grocery shops and bars within 5 minutes walk and there are 6 restaurants within 5 to 15 minutes walk.

Excellent locality for walking, cycling, rock-climbing and running with excellent tracks and nature trails.

Bedrooms - Sleeps 6, in 3 bedrooms 1 double (an extra bed can be added if necessary) and 2 twin-bedded rooms. One of the twin bedded rooms has its own lockable entrance and ensuite shower room with shower, w.c. and washbasin.

Bathroom - 1 full bathroom with bath/shower, w.c. and washbasin. 1 ensuite shower room with shower, w.c. and washbasin adjoining a twin-bedded room and an extra w.c. and washbasin off one of the courtyards.

Reception - Comfortable sitting room, seats 6 with sky digital TV, Video and CD/Tape player.

Kitchen - Dining kitchen, seating for 6. With electric cooker and hob, fridge, toaster, washing machine & dishwasher. Plentiful supply of dishes, glasses and pots and pans.

Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and central heating throughout. Linen & towels (not Beach towels) Iron & Board.and hairdryer.
Sky digital TV, Video and CD/Tape Player

Outdoors - Separate Garage. Large fully enclosed garden with an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with Roman steps at one end. Garden furniture and loungers. 30ft 'naya' with large dining table and easy chairs and a barbecue area at one end. Secure covered storage for bikes, workstands and tools.

Activities - Sandy beaches with ample facilities for water activities such as sailing, scuba diving, water skiing etc., there's also horse riding, golf, cycling, tennis and walking. Theme Parks - Terra Mitica, Aqualandia & Mundomar. sightseeing, shopping, restaurants.

We can arrange for collection/ delivery from and to airport by taxi if required.
