This apartment is only a 5 min walk to the beach and a 2 min walk from shops, bars and restaurants. Situated in the El Patio urbanisation this is a 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4 people. The apartment is an end apartment on the first floor.
There is a communal pool only 100 metres away and a childrens pool right outside. There is car parking in the grounds through security gates.Entry to the apartment is up a staircase to the front door that leads directly into the kitchen area with the living/dining room to the right.
The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, electric grill, fridge freezer, electric kettle, washing machine, toaster, utensils, cutlery, crockery, iron & board and a clothes airer. The living / dining room is furnished with 2 Sofas, display unit, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, wall mirror and a radio/CD player.
There are double glass doors and a single door that lead from the living/dining room onto a covered terrace over looking the gardens and pool area. It is furnished with a table and 3 chairs. At the end of the kitchen opposite the front door there are the stairs to the top floor on the left, a cloakroom with toilet and basin and bedroom 2 on the right. This bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe, wall mirror and 2 bedside cabinets.
At the top of the stairs there is bedroom 1 with a shower room on the right. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed, built in wardrobe and 2 bedside cabinets. The shower room has a shower cubicle, basin, toilet, wall mirror and glass shelving. Glass doors lead from bedroom 1 onto an uncovered terrace with a table, 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers.

Description of Area
Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain
Denia is a bustling historic town with a port where you can catch the ferry to the island of Ibiza. The main street has many lively bars and a street market. Denia also has miles of sandy beaches.
Shopping in the town is a must and every Monday morning a local market is held for those searching out those extra holiday bargains. In the evening there is a night market opposite the harbour where you can also sit, eat, drink and watch the fishermen bringing in their daily catch. Denia is bursting with superb restaurants offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. There are also music bars, some being located on the beach, and discos open until the early hours if you feel that energetic!
For golfers there are three main courses in the immediate area these being La Sella, Olivia and Javea. You can take excursions from the harbour to neighbouring resorts, one of the longer trips being to Ibiza and Formentera. Other local activities include tennis, horse riding, go-karting, fishing and wind surfing.
Denia is renowned for its many festivals throughout the year. If you get the opportunity to join in with the locals don’t miss the chance to do so.
Access to Denia - The airports of Alicante and Valencia are both approximately 100 Kms (62 miles) away = 1hour by car. The National route N-332 Valencia-Alicante and the A-7 Motorway (exit 62) are just inland. There is also a rail link to Denia from Alicante and all points between.
