Description of Villa

This 2 bed duplex is within a block of only 4, situated at the end of a no through rd on Vista Montana. From the private parking area you access the huge south facing sunterrace, through the small covered naya with sofa, you step straight into the lounge, the lounge has 2 sofas, TV for DVD player, the dining area is part of the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped & the utility room is just behind the kitchen. There is a full bathroom with shower. The double room is to the right, twin room to the left of the bathroom both have fitted wardrobes.

The duplex was decorated in May 04 & most furniture new. This a peaceful location with fantastic views all round.

Extras: TV, DVD Player, Books, Board games, Hob,Oven,FF,MW,WM, Iron + board, Toaster,Full size table tennis table. Outside shower.
