The accommodation comprises a stylish new open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, small lounge area and dining area. The ground floor accommodation has 3 bedrooms and two new bathrooms.

The large communal pool area and garden area is for the sole use of the small development of properties.

The property is also available for long term winter lets.

A complimentary "Welcome pack" is provided in each accommodation, comprising of : water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, beer, soap, toilet roll. (For which there is no charge.) If additional items are required, please request at time of booking.

The property is close to Moraira centre.

The town of Moraira with its sandy beach, marina and lively shopping area and market on a Friday and offering a huge choice of restaurants.

The larger seaside town of Javea (also with superb beaches) is 20 minutes drive, Benidorm (for Terra Mitica Theme Park & Aqualandia Water Park) is approx. 30 minutes away and Valencia is approx. 1.1/2 hours.

There are three golf courses nearby and also hidden mountain villages to explore, many secluded beaches, walks and scenic viewpoints to enjoy. Not forgetting the beautiful wine producing valleys to discover too.

A very enjoyable and entertaining evening, eating out amidst a flurry of diners in the "square" in Moraira. There are also plenty of bars close by with live music for your evening entertainment.
