Description of villa
Casa Melvilla is an attractive villa, with main accommodation (sleeping 8) on one level, and an annexe (which can sleep another 4). On the main level is a living/dining-room, opening onto the pool area, open-plan kitchen, four bedrooms (two doubles and two twins), bathroom and shower-room.
Internal stairs lead down to the annexe on the lower level, with living/dining area with open-plan kitchen, two further bedrooms (one double and one with bunks), and shower-room.
On the main level is private 8x4m swimming pool and terrace for sunbathing, with views over the valley.
There is also a small roof terrace, with views over the valley and to the sea and the great rock of the Penon d'Ifach.
Casa Melvilla is simply furnished, and has washing-machine, microwave and digital satellite TV (with news programmes in English).
For the summer, there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and air-con in the living-room. For winter lets, there are raditors in the bedrooms on the upper level, and a wood-burner and hot-air heating in the living-room.
There is off-road parking for two cars. Please note that, although the main accommodation of the villa and the pool are on one level, there are steps leading down from the roadway and parking area, and also stairs to the downstairs annexe.
Bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided, and changed weekly, but please bring your own beach/bath towels.
Entry - 4 p.m. Departure - 10 a.m.
Please note that there is also a returnable keys and damage deposit of 200 Euros - payable on arrival.

Casa Melvilla is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 2.5km from the village centre of Moraira, with its shops, bars and restaurants. There is a small parade of shops (with supermarket and two bars) less than 1km away, and several restaurants within a five to ten minute walk.
