On the picturesque hillside area of Cumbre del Sol near the typically Spanish town of Benitachell this is a large furnished 2 bedroom villa sleeping 4 people in a quiet residential area (a cul-de-sac).
The villa has an indoor swimming pool and several outdoor terraces with panoramic views and only a 5 minute drive from the local commercial centre with supermarket, banks, restaurant and leisure area.
The nearest beach is only a 10 minute drive away. The coastal towns of Javea and Moraira are both only a 10 minute drive away.
Entry to the property from the road is through a security gate, along a short path and through the front entrance door into the dining room.
The dining room leads through to the living room with a small lobby area to the left of the living room that leads to bedrooms 1 & 2 and the bathroom.
Bedroom 1 is a double and bedroom 2 a twin.
The kitchen is at the rear of the living room and is equipped with a hob, microwave and all other necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery and utensils. There is a large terrace leading from the living room that has a built in barbeque.
Steps outside the front door lead down to another terrace and the indoor swimming pool. To the left of the pool there is a storeroom that houses the washing machine and dryer. There is also another level below that has an extremely large terrace.
There is easy car parking at the front of the villa.

Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here. At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office will have details of nearby places of interest. Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
Golf and Other Activities : Many courses are available within a short drive from the house making it an ideal base for a Golfing holiday. Moraira and Javea (both 9 holes), are just a few minutes drive away; La Sella (18) and the Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova (18) near Denia, are between 15 & 25 minutes drive away; Bon Alba & Club de Golf San Juan, just outside Alicante, are approx. 1 hour away; El Saler, ranked no.2 in Spain and no.5 in Europe, and El Bosque, no.5 in Spain, are both just south of Valencia, again just an hour away. Green fees are payable locally. Club hire available at most courses.
If you prefer fishing, excellent sea fishing is available in Moraira (tuna, dorado, baracuda, conger, blue fish, spear fish and more), the tourist information office in Moraira town can help you book.
