A well presented two bedroomed villa set in mature gardens near to Moraira centre and beaches. Secure and secluded private garden.
The Villa has an upper sun terrace, which offers views over vineyards to the sea. Both bedrooms are equipped with twin beds and both are served by family bathroom.
A washing machine and dishwasher is available to clients.
The large swimming pool 10x5 is complimented with a large terrace. Ideal location!

Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain
Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, it still has the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything to everyone that stays here.
El Portet y L'Ampolla, Les Platgetes and L'Andragó are small, peaceful beaches. Eight kilometres of coastline, which start at Morro de Tamarit up to Punta de l'Estrella, surrounded by a sea that is always blue and warm.Some have fine sand and shaped like a shellfish, like at El Portet and some are small coves made of small rocks for the enjoyment of the visitor who loves peace and tranquility.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorms Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here.
At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest. Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
