This Villa has 2 separate apartments of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom, a private pool with terraces and a large BBQ area with magificent views. The beautiful town of Moraira with its sandy beaches, bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute drive away. Situated in the quiet Montemar area of Moraira with magnificent views over Moraira and Calpe. This villa would suit sharing friends or families.

Entry to both apartments from road level is through a lockable security iron gate, down a few steps to a path along the front of the locked private floor of the villa and down some more steps to the pool area.

The front door to apartment 1 is to the left of the steps and leads into a small lobby with a cloakroom on the left with toilet and basin. The living/dining room is to the right and is furnished with a dining table & 4 chairs, 2 coffee tables, 4 bar stools and a TV. The kitchen is opposite the living/dining room and is equipped with a gas cooker unit, fridge and microwave. The large bedroom behind the living/dining room and the kitchen and has a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside cabinets, 4 chairs, coffee table, chest of drawers and a wall mirror. The en suite is to the left of the bedroom with a corner bath, shower, bidet, double basin, toilet and a mirrored wall cabinet.

Apartment 2 is up a flight of exterior steps over the front door of apartment 1. At the top of the steps is a terrace with a table with 4 chairs and wonderful views. The front door is off this terrace and leads into the living/dining room that is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, 3 coffee tables, wall mirror, dining table & 6 chairs and 4 bar stools. At the back of the living/dining room is the kitchen that is equipped with electric oven & hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, utensils and crockery. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the living/dining room and has twin beds, built in wardrobes, 2 chairs and 2 bedside cabinets. The en suite has a bath with shower, basin, bidet, toilet and a mirrored wall cabinet. To the right of the kitchen is a corridor that leads to bedroom 1 that has a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, bedside cabinet, 2 chairs and a bedside chest. The en suite is to the right of the bedroom and has a shower cubicle, basin, bidet, toilet and a mirrored wall cabinet.

Both apartments have an iron and ironing board. The washing machine and clothes airer for both apartments are situated in the utility room at the front of the villa. There is a large covered BBQ area next to the pool with a gas hob, fridge, sink, sunloungers, chairs and a table.

This villa has magnificent views both from the apartments and the pool area.
