Each house has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, they are on three levels with magnificent sea views, the large swimming pool is just on the doorstep.

There is a fully fitted kitchen offering oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron, and ironing board.

Located near to Cabo Roig village, the area has numerous modern bars, restaurants, large supermarkets, small shops and banks, which are all within easy walking distance.

There is parking available at the front of each house, and the road leads directly to the sea and the promenade.

There are local activities for all the family including horse riding, go-karting, scuba diving and sea fishing.

Buses are available regularly during the day to Torrevieja, which is a lively town with its street markets and resident funfair, cosmopolitan shops and restaurants.

The championship golf courses of Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within a five-minute drive.
