Situated at the sandy Veneziola beach in a prime location for those that like to sunbathe on the Mar Menor Beach, south facing and with over 330 sunny days in the year, between the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the blue Mediterranean, close to the new marina.

These apartments are situated at the Northern end of La Manga strip facing both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean sea. The area enjoys two seas and the beaches ,Veneciola, La Manga del Mar Menor (South east Spain on the Costa Calida) , just 40mtrs from the Mar Menor & Mediterranean at one of the most unusual places in the world, Situated at the sandy Veneciola beach in a prime location between the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the blue Mediterranean
La Manga means sleeve in Spanish and is an appropriate name for this narrow strip of land, 22 kms long, which nestles between two seas; the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor (the Little Sea).
The Mar Menor is an immense lake of warm, tranquil salt water, noted for its therapeutic properties. It has an average depth of 1.7m making it an ideal location to enjoy the many water sports available. The depth around the shore is only 0.5m and this, combined with the warm water temperature makes La Manga the perfect place for children to safely enjoy themselves.
