From arthritis treatments to all the sporting activities, from calm seas brilliant for children, for windsurfing and sailing classes and go-carts for the older ones, not to mention the casino on La Manga strip, or the undeveloped beaches of the Calblanque natural park next to the international diving centre of Cabo de Palos. At the La Manga Club there are 3 football pitches, 21 tennis courts, a spa, and 3 x 18 hole championship golf courses, aswell as another 4 within 15 minutes drive.

The area is relatively flat which makes it ideal for walking and cycling and bikes can be hired nearby. There are daily markets in the surrounding villages.

The La Manga Club is only a 10 minute drive away and offers a comprehensive range of outdoor and indoor facilities.

There is a riding stables and go cart track all within walking distance.
