The master bedroom has double patio doors leading onto a balcony. From the balcony there are seaviews over the Mar Menor. The lounge/dining area offers ample seating for dining and relaxing.
This house is situated along the coast of the Mar Menor which averages water temperatures of around 30c during the summer months which makes its an ideal spot for all sorts of water sports. The Mar Menor is also known for its Black Mud which is said to help in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.

The house has lounge with stairs leading up to 2 good sized bedroom and main bathroom. The master bedroom has double doors leading onto a balcony to the front of the house.
Downstairs the kitchen leads out onto a patio area. There is a shower room downstairs also which has a second toilet. The lounge/dining area offers ample space for eating and relaxing.

The famous La Manga Club is a short car journey away where you will find championship golf courses, tennis, spa facilities and much more.
The whole of the La Manga area offers national and international cuisine at very reasonable prices. This area caters for all the family, there is really something for everyone.

The coast of the Mar Menor offers warm shallow waters which are ideal for water sports. This area is also famous for the Black Mud which is recognised as being therapeutic and is said to releive the pain of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.
The beaches of La Manga are closeby and offer vast areas to sunbath and relax.
There are several sailing and scuba diving schools in the nearby village of Cabo de Palos. There are also daily markets in the surrounding villages which sell a vast selection of fruit vegetables, meat, fish, household goods and much more.
Playa Paraiso has a selection of shops and restaurants offering all types of cuisine. Just a short car ride away opens up the choice restaurants to national and international cuisine at very reasonable prices.
Closeby is La Manga Club which is world famous for its golf, but it also offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, out door activities aswell as spa facilities.
You can also find tennis courts, roller skating and a Go-kart track which are all a short car ride away. The area around the Mar Menor is relatively flat and is therefore ideal for walking or cycling.
