This house is situated along the coast of the Mar Menor which averages water temperatures of around 30c during the summer months which makes its an ideal spot for all sorts of water sports including windsurfing, sailing, jet sking and scuba diving. There are several international sailing schools in nearby Cabo de Palos. The Mar Menor is also known for its Black Mud which is said to help in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.

The famous La Manga Club is a short car journey away where you will find championship golf courses, tennis, spa facilities and many other activities which are open to the public all yera round.
The whole of the La Manga area offers national and international cuisine at very reasonable prices. This area caters for all the family, there is really something for everyone.
There are international sailing and scuba diving schools in the nearby village of Cabo de Palos which cater for everyone from novice to expert.
There are daily markets in the surrounding villages which sell a vast selection of fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, household goods, clothes and many other articles.
Playa Paraiso has a selection of shops and restaurants offering all types of cuisine. Just a short car ride away opens up the choice restaurants to national and international cuisine at very reasonable prices.
Closeby is La Manga Club which is world famous for its golf, but it also offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, out door activities aswell as spa facilities. The club is open to the public all year round and therefore you can indulge in the various activities that it has to offer.
You can also find tennis courts, roller skating and a Go-kart track which are all a short car ride away.
