Description of apartment
This lower ground floor luxury apartment in Edificio Coral, Riviera del Sol, consists of two large bedrooms, a double and twin singles. Both bedrooms are spacious and have large double wardrobes with ample room for your clothes.
A good sized, fully equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Bathroom facilities including a full sized bath with a shower over, and a bidet.
A large lounge with a three seater settee and an armchair. TV / Satellite are installed. There is also an electric fan.
The lounge leads onto a west facing terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, two sun loungers and a barbecue. this terrace overlooks the gardens and swimming pool. This terrace area gets the sun all afternoon and into the evening until the sun goes down.
There is also another terrace leading off the kitchen to use as a utility area for your laundry items. This terrace gets the sun in the mornings.
Towels, ie. one large and one small per person are provided. Sheets and throws are provided for the summer months with duvets being provided for the cooler months together with heaters. Bed linen and towels are changed at the end of the week.
The rental of the apartment is stipulated to a maximun of 4 persons.
The apartments have their own swimming pool, which is very private and secure.
This apartment is in block 2 of a small complex [35 apartments] is a short 5 minute walk away from a sporting complex, the Aztec Centre, open to non residents boasting a superb heated swimming pool and newly created JJ Broadways, tennis courts,badminton courts, crazy golf etc. The centre provides evening entertainment and good but inexpensive meals.

Cabopino, Calahonda, Costa del Sol, Spain
Calahonda is situated between Marbella and Fuengirola and is an area
chiefly developed for tourism. Calahonda is located close to several
golf courses and has the typically sun-drenched beaches for which the
Mediterranean is famous.
Just a couple of kilometers along the road is Puerto Cabopino, which has
the reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque port on the
Costa and is a popular venue for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal
before taking a walk along its sandy beaches. Some of the Coast's most
popular restaurants, such as Albert's and Giuseppe's Pizzeria, are
located here.
Nearby you'll discover Miraflores, a popular golf and lawn bowls resort
and then Mijas, Andalucía's most popular white village, which is
situated slightly further northeast in the hills.
