It is beautifully furnished with a large living area with marbled floors leading onto a terrace which overlooks the pool and the sea.
The apartment features air conditioning and fans creating a omfortable environment.
The two modern furnished bedrooms have air conditioning ideal for those hot balmy summer evenings. The second bedroom with its own french windows.
A heating system is installed for winter evenings [although it is generally not required].
Views from the kitchen window overlook the Golf course at Cabopino. The beacjh is just a short walk away.

The charismatic port of Cabopino boasts many bars, cafes and restaurants, most of which are located on the marina, of both local and international flavour. Enjoy a meal or drink while watching the luxury yachts, or stroll either side to two of the areas finest sandy beaches
Activity Fuengirola has an aquapark. Tivoli world is a large amusement park open in
the evenings in Benalmadena (25 minutes away). Water-sports, go-karting and
trampolining are available at 'Funny Beach' near Marbella. African Safari,
Sea-world and other adventures are within 30 minutes drive. The ski resort of
Sierra Nevada is approximately 2 hours away, allowing for a full day's skiing. The
season is from late November to April.
