Calahonda Royal 1 is a brand new apartment in Mirador de Calahonda, in a quiet position, just 5 minute walk away from the beautiful Cabopino Beach.

Next door is another apartments for rent, Apartment 1 or 2 are owned by the same person. They are spacious and beautifully furnished in a very similar fashion. Rent either separately or together......

Accommodation consists of an en-suite double bedroom and a second twin bedroom. The fully fitted kitchen is complete with a washing machine and microwave. The spacious lounge/ diner area has satellite TV installed and provides access to a large terrace with views to the Mediterranean. There is also a large pool with a grassed sunbathing area and gardens.

This two bedroomed two bathroomed first floor apartment has views of the sea and mountains.

The fully fitted kitchen comprises of all the usual facilities, fridge, freezer, washing machine etc as well as microwave etc. The Large kitchen is equipped with every need in mind, but the restaurants are also nearby.

The Large spacious lounge has patio doors which lead onto a large furnished balcony. The Garden area has a communal swimming pool set in landscaped and secured gardens.

Two minutes drive to Cabopino Golf, and just 5 minutes drive to Miraflores Golf and Aztec centre. Puerto Cabopino where you may practise any kind of nautical sports and activities, like sailing, wind surfing, paracending, kite surfing, boat trips, dolphin watching and skin diving.

From Puerto Cabopino the fine sandy beaches stretch to Calahonda, and to the west past you can walk along the beach all the way to Marbella, passing the Artola dunes [a protected national park] with it´s restored moorish lookout tower.

Puerto Cabopino is surrounded by wide, fine sandy beaches, in the main season life guards watch the activities. On the beach are chiringitos, bars and restaurants for your pleasure.

On the Marbella side the sand dunes are a protected area which incorporate a nudist beach. A very tranquil area where wild plants and flowers grow in the sand. Dunes that have witnessed the passage and footprints of many cultures which create a semi wild environment due to the lack of any kind of construction.

Also restored beacon Moorish towers, part of the protection dating back to Roman times. Their purpose was to give warnings of the presence of enemy vessels.
