The Reserva de Marbella is a newly built four star comfortably furnished apartment situated in a lovely complex. The complex is set within landscaped gardens and is walking distance to local bars and restaurants.
Gated community for added security, with benefit of digital safe for storing belongings. Apartment can be reached by lift from underground car park.
2 bedrooms (1 double + 1 twin). 2 fully tiled bathrooms with showers in the bath.
Spacious and comfortable lounge/diner with Cable TV, Satellite TV in process of being upgraded for ITV and BBC channels. Air conditioning/heating available for cooler months.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with full size oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, Dish Washer, iron and ironing board, airer.
South facing Terrace/Balcony either overlooking garden/ sun terrace. Sun beds, patio table and chairs are also provided.
Outside: Beautiful landscaped gardens, with one larger pool and two smaller pools which cascade onto one another. Jacuzzis and, for added safety, a lifeguard is on duty in the high season. The pools are open and cleaned all year round. Life guards are on duty from 1st June - 1st September. The apartment has allocated underground car parking space.
Three minutes by car will take you to Cabopino beach or 10 minutes walk adjacent to golf course where you can dine in one of the many restaurants and admire the port, and just 10 min from Marbella and PurtoBanus. The area boasts over 30 golf courses and the coast has many attractions including water parks and the beautiful Ronda, making it an ideal golfing or family holiday.
A welcome pack can be arranged for you when you arrive for that much needed cup of tea. Linen, towels and tea towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach/pool towel.
