Punta de Calahonda is an outstanding private small development of duplex apartments built around two superb swimming pools and situated in delightful gardens with the use of an all year round tennis court.

The luxury apartment comprises of one double bedroom with balcony offering panoramic views of the sea, and a twin-bedded room with own balcony.

The modern kitchen has fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, electric oven and hob, with all the usual everyday conveniences. The kitchen opens onto its own balcony where a gas barbecue is provided for those alfresco dining occasions.

The bathroom is situated next to the bedrooms enjoying all the normal facilities. A washing machine is available for your use in the apartment.

The through lounge/diner is superbly equipped with a luxury suite and through patio doors leads onto a large south facing balcony with views of the sea, which is equipped with sun beds, patio table and chairs where you can enjoy the sun from the early morning until sun set overlooking the pools.

Additional equipment includes satellite tv/video/dvd and cd player.

For your personal security and comfort, the apartment is fitted with a monitored alarm system with ease of parking outside the apartment. At the end of your stay a linen service is included in your rental.

The very popular and comprehensive El Zoco centre is 5 minutes walk away. This houses a superb supermarket (SuperSol) where fresh produce is in abundance. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. There are two Bureau de Change Offices and English newspapers are readily available.

A short walk from the apartment along Avenue De Espana there are more restaurants and bars covering a wide variety of dining experiences catering for all tastes. This is where the local medical centre is also housed.

Malaga Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away. You may choose to hire a car directly from the airport or take a taxi which will cost approximately 35 Euros. Alternatively, you may wish to rent your car from one of the many car rental outlets in Sitio da Calahonda. As the apartment is so well-appointed within walking distance from Calahonda Beach and with a taxi-rank minutes away, a car is by no means a necessity.

For those wishing to partake of a game of golf, there are 30 Golf Courses to be found on the Costa del Sol. Many only a short distance from Calahonda and can be enjoyed all year round.
