Cascadas is a brand new luxury complex in Calahonda, Costa del Sol, Spain.
This ideally situated marbled two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is close to all amenities and boasts of a beautiful communal pool.
There are restaurants and supermarket nearby. La Siesta golf course and restaurant is within walking distance and clubs can be hired out for 9 or 18 hole games. So is the large Costa Del Sol Tennis Club with its tennis courts, gym, raquet courts, restaurants and sauna.
The apartment has the most spectacular views towards the Mediterranean, Africa and Gibraltar can also be seen on a clear day. There are three terraces, one off the living room and another off the master bedroom and a third off the kitchen to view the mountains in the back.
The apartment also has the benefit of marble flooring through out. Each bathroom has floor heating.
Located on the first floor, the apartment is equipped with all the things you need to make your stay enjoyable such as high class Danish furniture, fully fitted kitchen with granite top, English Tea Pot, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc., washer/dryer, linens, towels, tv.

Its large double glass doors give a wonderful view of the Sea and gives immediate access to the very large terrace. The living room has leather sofa and 5-speaker hi-fi surround sound system.
Two Bedrooms: The apartment fits comfortably 4 people. The master bedroom has a queensize bed with built-in cubpoard en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has double bed and a 'family' bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have floor heating.
