Description of Apartment

Neighbouring the Gold Crown resort of Dona Lola, this apartment maintains an elevated position on the third floor of a modern apartment complex, offering magnificent views from the south facing terraces across the Mediterranean Sea to Africa. The apartment is accessible via an elevator and has private underground parking.

The apartment is beautifully maintained, fully air-conditioned and consists of 2 bedrooms (both with twin beds), 2 bathrooms, lounge/ diner and a fully equipped kitchen.

TV with satellite channels and DVD player are provided in the lounge as is a HiFi system.

The south facing terrace is equipped with patio furniture and faces across the swimming pool and gardens with views to the sea.

There are two free form swimming pools within the complex. One of which serves drinks and snacks during the summer months. Direct access to the beach is facilitated via a private gate leading directly from the garden.

The excellent facilities including tennis courts, bars and restaurants are located at the Dona Lola Club just a few minutes stroll from the complex (local charges apply).

A short drive takes you to the wonderful port of Cabopino with yet more bars and restaurants, offering a multitude of international cuisines. Numerous golf courses are within easy reach, as is the bustling cosmopolitan centre of Marbella.
