Description of Accommodation

Situated at Los Naranjos de Marbella, this luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, air conditioned duplex penthouse apartment has two sun terraces. It is tastefully furnished to a high standard. The top terrace lies east/west gaining maximum sunshine all day. The fully fitted kitchen, has a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine. The large master bedroom suite has twin beds and patio doors to the lower terrace. The second master bedroom with ensuite has a kingsized bed and patio doors to top terrace. There is plenty of wardrobe space. The lounge / dining room has two sofas, one incorporating a double bed, which can be used to sleep an extra two people. The lounge also has patio doors to the lower terrace and has a TV, DVD and HiFi system. The apartment has cream marble floors throughout. There are two beautiful bathrooms, both with baths with showers/shower screens over. There is a safe in the lower bedroom. The apartment has a central location overlooking the central walkway through the village, with views of the mountains.

Los Naranjos de Marbella is set between the mountains and the sea, between Puerto Banus and golf valley with its five high-class golf courses. It offers a new residential area in the purest white, Andalucian village style. Beautiful tranquil gardens, with courtyards, fountains, pools and close to all the amenities. There is an onsite clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and discreet security.

Puerto Banus is a lively resort and has many bars and restuarants, from the family establishments to the très-chic and cosmopolitan shops.

The apartment is 40 minutes by car from Malaga airport and 4 minutes from Puerto Banus port (25 minute walk). Marbella town is a 10 minute drive.

There are many interesting towns and villages to visit within the relatively near location.
