A two bedroom apartment situated close to the centre of Torre del Mar and some 3 minutes walk to the beach.
The apartment is of recent construction and can sleep four persons in comfort. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge diner, large kitchen and utility room and has a patio equipped for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob top, microwave, fridge freezer and the utility room boasts a washing machine plus all the basics requirements, kettle etc.

Description of Area
The apartment is located on the eastern side of Torre del Mar close to shops and two large supermarkets. The town centre and weekly market, which is held on a Thursday (Plaza de la Paz) are only 5 minutes walk away.
Torre del Mar is still very Spanish, full of restaurants offering a variety of international cuisine and with beach bars which provide a large range of typical Spanish tapas and fish dishes.
For the serious shoppers there is the Ingenio shopping centre located between Torre del Mar and its sister town Vélez- Málaga and to cool off after the shopping Aqua Vélez aqua park across the road.
Torre del Mar is a small coastal town in the region of La Axarquia, in the province of Málaga. It is some 25 minutes drive east from the provincial capital and the airport.
There are excellent roads and motorways affording you chance to visit all the main cities of Cordoba, Seville and Granada. Also the famous white villages of the Axarquia.
The sister town of Vélez –Málaga is really the “working half” but it has its attractions, also a weekly market on a Thursday and as it is a much older town it has twisty and narrow streets to explore with a castle and much more history !
The region offers a wealth of opportunities to the adventurous, plenty of sight seeing in the interior to twitching in the foothills, or walking the mountains of the Sierra Tejeda y Almijara. The peak of La Maroma is over 6000 ft. You can ski in the Sierra Nevada or visit the Alcazaba in Granada, explore the caves of Nerja and Rincon de la Victoria or just laze on the beaches.
