Description of Accommodation

This is a modern sunny apartment with a private balcony that looks out upon one of the canals and bridges to the inland hillside. It is situated within easy walking distance of the centre and the South side of Port Grimaud, both with bars, shops and restaurants.

This comfortable compact apartment can sleep up to 4 people. To the ground floor there is a cabinet area with bunk beds, a bathroom and separate WC. A double bedroom is on the second floor mezzanine with a king size bed (6 foot wide) and wardrobe. The living area has small equipped kitchenette, sofa, dining table and chairs and patio doors on to the balcony. Imagine sitting out there gazing down on the canals with their luxury yachts while sipping a glass of wine or a nice cool beer. There is a private parking bay within a coded gated area for you to park your car just opposite the apartment block.

Linen is not provided, but a full complement can be hired at £10-00 per person.
You will receive; bed linen, bath linen and a beach towel per person.

A cleaning charge of 40€ to be paid on the day of departure.
