Description of Accommodation

Open all year long, This is a group of villas set in a 8 acre park, on the edge of the golf course, with a heated pool open from May to September and a pool-bar open July/August.

A high level of accommodation on offer in the western region of France and so close - only 6 kilometres away, approx 4 miles -to the 12 kilometres of La Baule beach generally agreed to be the « best beach in Europe » see photo.

The complex is set in the grounds of the golf course, by hole 12 and 13 and by another hotel - the main pro shop and club house is just a short drive nearby and this is now the biggest group of courses in western france - 36 holes +9 holes and a practice.See photo

The golf club of La Baule and all local golf clubs give a reduction on their green fees for our clients staying at the Villas and apartments.

There are only 32 two, three or four bedroom detached or semi detached villas; and 33 one and two bedroomed apartment/villas - with a total of only 126 bedrooms.

The villas sleep from 2 people to 8 all with spacious and well decorated living rooms with real fireplaces, well equipped kitchens, spacious bedrooms, lots of cupboard space and modern, nicely tiled bath and shower rooms. All the apartments and villas are particularly spacious from 40metres square to over 125metres and are well equipped including private phone lines and satellite television, but not many british channels. There are numbered parking spaces.

We have the following types available : Type A/40 has 1 bedroom, sleeps 2/4 people and is a good size at 40 metres sq. It is on the ground floor and has a nice terrace and outside garden furniture on the grassed areas. There is a nice lounge with a sofa bed if necessary, with tv and fireplace, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, 4 rings. There is one bedroom with a double bed or 2 singles. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. This is called Ref : Lys 2 pieces 4.

Type A/45 has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 3/4 people and is a good size at 45metres sq. It is on the first floor so therefore has a nice terrace and outside garden furniture and view over the pool or grassed areas. There is a nice lounge with a sofa bed if necessary, with tv and fireplace, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, 4 rings. There is one bedroom with a double bed or 2 singles, a second bedroom upstairs with a single bed. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. This is called Ref : Lys 2 pieces/duplex 4.

The price shown here is for this villa : The villa type V/60 has 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 4 and is a large villa at 60metres sq. It has a nice terrace and outside garden furniture and view over the golf or grassed areas. There is a nice lounge area with sofa and armchairs with tv and fireplace, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, 4 rings. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed or 2 singles, 1 separate toilet and 1 bath/shower room. This is called Ref : Lys Villa 4.

There are three larger villas : Type V/80 has 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 and is a large villa at 80metres sq. This is called Ref : Lys Villa 6.

Type V/95 has 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 and is a very large villa at 95metres sq. This is called Ref : Lys Villa 6 duplex

Type V/125 has 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6/8 and is an excellent villa at 125metres sq.
