Description of Accommodation
Villa La Favola is located near the famous beach of Maronti and the renowned water spring of Nitrodi. La Favola is situated at 130 meters above sea level. It is a cheerful, panoramic Villa, surounded by tall, deep green pine trees.
The Fable Suite Villa Favola is quiet and peaceful and has a unique view over the Gulf of Naples, close to supermarkets, restaurants, tennis court and public parking.
La Favola consists of a large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, a large kitchen with a gas range and fridge and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Two bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower). The Villa also has an independent heating system.
One of the most important assets opf the Villa is certainly the panoramic views from the spacious terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and furnished with a parasol, sun-beds and garden table and chairs to enjoy open air meals.
At the end of the day, after hours of swimming in the warm Mediterranean waters and long hours spent sunbathing, one can decide, either to dine on the terrace and enjoy the fantastic sea-view or choose to dine out at one of the many restaurants on the island where you can enjoy day-fresh sea-food and the exquisite italian cuisine washed down with one of the round body wines that Italy is famous for.

Ischai, Amalfi coast, Sorrento, near Naples, Italy
Ischia is known as the "green" island and is one of the Partenopean Islands in the Bay of Naples. To the North of the gulf Ischia, Procida and Vivara are situated looking toward the Flegrea Coast, whilst in the South of the Gulf, opposite to the Sorrento peninsula, lays Capri. Ischia is the largest Island with her 47 square kilometers followed by Capri. Procida is linked to the small island of Vivara which is a wonderful natural reserve.
The Island of ISCHIA can be reached from Naples either by ferry-boat (in 90 minutes) or by Hidrofoil (30 minutes). Ischia is called "the green island" and is the larges of the three islands of the Gulf of Naples. It is also one of the most attractive and most visited resorts of Southern Italy. The Island of Ischia is internationally renowned, not only for its natural beauty and clear sea waters but also because of the volcanic origin of the island.

On the Island of Ischia there is a very good bus service and you can buy a weekly pass for only 15 Euros. This Pass entitles you to use the buses all around the island and as often as you like and at any time.
There are plenty of excursions to enjoy with lots to see in the surrounding areas and when in Ischia be sure not to miss the Aragonese Castle, the tower of San'Angelo, the Beach of Maronti and the Thermal Park of Poseidon as well as the tourist Port, bulging with private yachts coming from all over Europe and the Mediterranean.
